"I would give 10 stars if I could! My first time in Milano was today and I can't wait to go back. The canoli stuffed lobster tail was one of the best deserts I've had. The cheese cakes were all delicious. I ordered enough for multiple family members and everyone loved them. The atmosphere was adorable. I wish I could of stayed to eat and drink. The staff was kind and helpful. I will most certainly be back! Food: 5"

"Charging $21 for a gorgonzola salad with grilled chicken is completely unacceptable. As someone in the food industry, I know that this is a markup of at least 400% or more. Additionally, questioning the pricing only resulted in receiving an attitude and nasty looks. It's disappointing to see people taking advantage in such an ugly world. I will not be returning to this restaurant again."

"I was at some Irish Coffee Pub events. Every time I was totally enthusiastic about how attentive the staff was and the amazing quality of food. Since we had such wonderful experiences, we held a small (40 people party for my son in the summer of 2021. Again, nothing short of amazing. When I was entrusted to throwing a bridal shower for a family member, there was no competition. Of course we picked the Irish Coffee Pub. But this time it fell completely short and was extremely disappointing. Since we were the first party of the day, we were able to show up 1.5 hours before the party was founded. Thank you very much for doing this, because the staff did not help at all at the establishment. (complete 180 from our experience in summer. Staff helped with heart pieces to create favors, and hand-sanitaries on the tables. Even helped blow balloons! While I didn't expect the help setting, did I expect the servers to be at least present for our party? which was not the case. They put champagne on the tables and disappeared. I found myself constantly walking around and asked for drinks refills for all guests, asked them to take bar orders, and had to wait until they randomly cut the cake. Often I asked servers from another party who wanted to get our staff. The buffet was open, but no announcement made. We had to ask. After the guests had all drunken plates, I had to go back to the 3 servers at the buffet tables to ask for help and was told that it takes all 3 of them to serve food at the buffet when everyone has eaten and nobody waits on the buffet line for food. The food is usually top notch, but this time the chicken was so over cooked that you could not even cut it through with a knife. I hope this is able to work because it was really such a disappointment."
