Awful. I showed up and the greeters were extremely rude and said they don’t take Open Table. Then I was not allowed to make another reservation on Open Table. If they don’t use Open Table that’s fine. They need to remove it. Just seriously rude. There are a lot of options for restaurants these days and I can certainly go elsewhere.

first I made a “reservation” but at the arrival they do not take any reservations? their web page otherwise displayed and open table sent me a confirmation. nearly 20 minutes waiting for our drinks. no dewars scotch, although it is on their menu. our waiter seemed overwhelmed by any accusations. he was very apologetic, but seemed simply new. You choose these restaurants with an expectation of consistency, but this Friday was very bad. far under par.
