"Service was incredibly slow. Drinks took a half hour to come and the two we ordered came out ten minutes apart. When our food finally arrived the salads came out with the main course. As for the online table reservation, it was a waste of time on my part to do so. We we arrived on time I was told they had no access to the online reservation. Well with my handicap father this was unacceptable. I definitely would not recommend this Friday's to a friend nor will I return myself. My local Friday's has been pleasant, but this experience has tainted it somewhat. Sorry."

on open table reserved. I was advised that they no longer serve open tables. ordered rose wine. it was outside. red wine and glass are very dirty. server was good. that was not delicious. had salat and suppe. suppe was unusually bad.

reservation for party of 9 and they could not find it, nor was the host (which was mia for long time) trying hard. a line of men began to form at the entrance, waiting to be sitting and no one was around. I had to follow a manager who seemed to be sick to help and the place wasn't even busy. I'll never be back.
