"Completely appalled at the situation I was involved in at your Destiny USA location. I made a reservation on open table, arrived on time to be ignored because there was more important gossip about someone being “too messed up to come in.” We were assured once spoken to that we would get a table quick. Multiple people walked in after us, and were sat while we stood by waiting, we were a party of 3 and so were they. Employees were chasing people out of the restaurant offering them an immediate table because the situation was so messy.
