I anticipate the days when their food truck is at my hospital! The flavor is out of this world. I fell so hard for their food I have since looked them up on social media and found out their have a brick and mortar! They grow their own fresh herbs and vegetables. This review is purely based off of take out, but I thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was one of those night where I didn't feel like cooking, but I decided this pretty late in the game and I had to make a decision fast because things were going to be closing soon. I'm a big fan of Thai and hadn't yet tried Thai Djing and decided to give it a try. I tried to order online, but it wasn't available, but I was able to call in an easily place my order over the phone. The staff member that took my call was very patient. I got a tom kha soup with shrimp, roti, and chicken pad thai. It took about 30 minutes for my food to be ready. I live about 10 or so minutes from the restaurant and it was still nice...
