"First time around 2 pm on Saturday. Was kind of empty so I stood in front of bar for a little while. Girl finally came out and I explained that I wanted to try to take out lunch. She really was'nt paying much attention to me and seemed to be pre-occupied. Asked for a menu as I did not see any. Some man was doing something by front door and started saying no no no as he walked past me. As I waited for my food I walked around the place. Someone came out of the kitchen with my food and I quickly left. Food was good but this was the strangest interaction I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I tried to think of reasons why this happened. But I would only come back if someone paid for my dinn...

Swung by here for lunch and got the filet. It was pretty good but there are better cuts of meat. I just needed to remind myself I guess. Otherwise this place was great. The people were great, and the menu has a heart variety without being too much. Take the time to check out the history hanging around in the walls, and check out the goodies in the store side. "Amazing food, large portions, great service. What more could you ask? I had the chicken salad croissant and my husband had the hot turkey sandwich, both came with soup, the soup alone could have been my lunch! We would come back all the time if we lived within 20 miles!!! Like weekly! If you have not been there and you live that close get there today!"

"My husband requested pizza for supper so we looked around at all the local places and decided to go with Tyroni's. It had been at least 20 years since he's eaten there and I have never had them, so we played it safe and went with a pepperoni pizza and a cherry dessert pizza. The pizza was beautifully cooked, perfect crisp on the bottom, bite on top, cheese and sauce ratio was my ideal. Being not too much sauce with a nice layer of well cooked cheese. Grew up eating NY style pizza, so Midwest style isn't my fave but I think I have found a new favorite in the area."

"We had a great experience with our takeout order from this restaurant. The food was ready on time and packaged well. The deep-dish pizza was delicious, especially the sauce. The Calamari was crispy and had a nice kick to it. The Italian salad was large enough to feed 4 people and was fresh and appetizing. We will definitely be ordering from here whenever we can for pick up."
