"'intimdatingly surprising! Upon first glance of the traffic wrapped around the building and a full parking lot of customers waiting at curbside...I quickly informed my daughters that we would be getting take out...some place else! However...once I was met with a car full of upset and hungry faces...I gave in and found a single spot left in the curbside frenzy. Much to my surprise...we had our order within 10 minutes of me completing our order in the app. Always good...always fun...always quality service."

"I've never seen service like this... we ordered the pot roast for me and my wife to share. Told our server we were splitting the order. They actually plated the dish split and brought out two separate dishes. This was a first. Anytime we've split a meal we get the standard meal and an extra plate to deal with ourselves.Food was wonderful! We ordered a desert, and right after we get it, the manager comes out with a second because he thought the first was too small of a portion. We politely declined, as we were already full from the main meal (and the first serving was NOT too small), but wow...seeing someone this concerned with customer experience....It was just very refreshing in a time when most people only care about themselves and treating a customer right is almost unheard of."

"for the first time at eating in richie B’s. When they go into the smell, they hook immediately. that is the real deal! pizza in new yorker style in al! a paprikas disc and a veggie ordered. absolutely delicious! you know that it is good when the crust has a crisp snap with every bite! portioning are huge and definitiw every penny worth! loved the mood of the restaurant and personal was friendly. there was a bit waiting, but it was totally worth the quality of the food they get. the hours are only limited to lunch and they have a car ride. I would definitely recommend and will return absolutely!"

"The Manager Dwayne was downright rude. It clearly shows they are greedy for money and don’t give a damn about customer service. Masala Chai ordered was old and extremely sweet. Upon requesting to make a fresh cup, he denied. The old Chai was sent back to the kitchen and yet was charged on the bill. Decided to tell the manager about the toxicity of old Chai, his response was, ‘No one died yet’. A customer service oriented place might as well just apologize and let it go, rather than passing such a comment on food safety. They spent good on the ambience but lack customer service training! DO NOT RECOMMEND The server was polite and did a good job on serving."

"Don 't judge this restaurant by it 's exterior. Go inside and try all you can eat sushi! On the order sheet, not all of the rolls that are deep fried are labeled as such. The tuna tataki looks super good but be advised that it tastes like citrus. My excitement went from high to what the ...in one bite. Ask about what the 2 different price points entail. We didn 't know and it was not explained well so unfortunately we did the lower price option but would have done the higher one once we figured it out by the end of our meal. Some items are better than others. Bring a few people so you can sample more."
