"We, my wife and I, were taken here for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The starters were very good just the right size, the carvery was not stinted on. There was a choice of 3 meats and you were asked if they had given you enough, which is unusual. The puddings were very nice as well, enough to finish off a nice meal. I can definitely recommend the Castlefields for a family Sunday lunch."

a really nice meal. eating was incredibly fast, and the part was so big for the price. the personal was nice, we managed to press us although not booked in advance. highly recommended if they are in the opposite!

"The drive through was the only thing open and I was still in line 30 minutes after the mobile order said it was ready, but they still hadn?t finished it. They asked me to pull around because part of my order was not ready but would be in 2 minutes and I did, only to sit there for 20 minutes and then get told to get back in line. I waited on my order 1.5 hours after it said it was ready. To top it off while I was in line the same thing happened to someone else but they were given their food after about 5 minutes."

"So… literally everytime you come to this location it’s a menagerie of chaos. When I first moved to the area my husband and I came had to wait for our drinks which were in the drive thru window so the manager and an employee could have a slap fest. I reached through the open drive thru window and got my own drinks and they never noticed. Another time I ordered my families burgers on the app and they REFUSED to bring my order out until I paid and when I showed them my bank account the car hop literally said “fake news” and when I asked to speak to the manager all the high school workers were mocking me and cat calling. I called corporate and never got a refund. Tonight I ordered on the app. When I drove up there was a DOG INSIDE the store barking the car in front of my was just sitting in the drive thru and the the workers were have the best time with the occupants. After 10 minutes of sitting in the drive thru, I drove to a stall checked in and sat there another 10 minutes. I checked in again all while watching the car hop take selfies on her phone in my rear view mirror. She answers and I told her I needed my drinks she said… uh… you have to order first. All of this while there were about 5 6 employees joking around in the kitchen. Lithe problem is not good help at this store it’s Good management."
