"Yes 1 star. we got there at 6, seated at 7. Food, when we all got it, was very good. Charcuterie plate had 3 of the same meat, not 3 kinds as on menu. 1/2 of our order did NOT come out , cold fries with the burgers that came.. Kitchen did NOT make it. Food runner was unsure of what the food was, when it came out. 1/2 of us were finished when the other food arrived. Cold, from the refrigerator, tortilla for the shrimp tacos. Wrong drinks brought to table. unsure how you confuse water (ordered) for a vodka and soda. An old fashioned for a whiskey and soda. Nice spacious patio with umbrellas. Great service by Millicent. She was very friendly and right on top of things. Three taco special on Tuesday for $9 was a good deal. Beehive Cheddarburger was big and tasty with loaded fries. Will return

Chatterbox was a delight. We didn't know what to expect and stopped on a whim and we are glad we did. Do yourself a favor and try the chatter eggs, I don't even like deviled eggs and was a fan, so... if you like deviled eggs, I'm sure you will love them. We will be back!

Chatterbox is our favorite restaurant in Illinois. What keeps us coming back is the amazing food (tacos are our favorite) and our favorite waitress, Courtney. She makes every experience fun and always brings the positive energy. After just a few times of her working with us, she memorized our favorite drinks and our names, giving it a very personalized feel to our experience. We just recently rented out the top floor for our Bridal shower and we made sure to request her to work our party. We received many compliments on how amazing she is. Sometimes we will go just to see and hang with her. Best waitress around!
