"My friend and I have been going to the Garden Gate Cafe in Niwot ever since we first tried it out a few years ago (I think in 2019) but the last 3 visits have been a disappointment. I won’t go into detail on the 1st and 2nd occasions but I can say that today’s visit (2-14-2022) was probably the last time we’ll go to the Cafe for the foreseeable future. We had a table outside and had to ask for sugar for the ice tea, then salt and pepper for the FF. Small things, I know, but weird that they wouldn’t think of supplying those things from the beginning. Great breakfast and service. Son loved his turtle ? pancake ? I got The chicken fried steak and eggs. Was great. Bacon ? Was cooked perfectly. Cozy nice place!

the journey to niwot worth. we went around 11 o'clock it wasn't so busy, but filled closer to the day. the menu had many breakfast options. I had bened the Florentine that he was delicious. my friend had the fertilizer. service was great. there was also an outside area. I would recommend the garden gate.

Cute place, looks family owned. Server asked which table I wanted, including a booth, even though I was alone. Omelettes, pancakes, crepes and southwest dishes. I had the Santa Fe Skillet: carnitas, green Chile, avocado, sour cream, eggs and cheese over tater tots. Absolutely delicious. Green Chile had chipotles!!! And you get your own coffee pot…
