"The Grafted Root Eatery is a perfect little hidden gem in the Grand Blanc. They have exceptional service from the waitress. The interior of the restaurant is picturesque and cozy. All foods are freshly prepared and several ingredients are secured by Michigan producers. I had the tomato soup today with a garden salad and it was savory and succulent. The soup was not from a can, you could taste fresh tomatoes. Bravo! We also ordered an apple cake that was divine. The crust on the apple cake was by far my favorite. "Usually this restaurant excels in customer service and drinks. However, today three employees were arguing with each other over who added flavor to my nutty buddy, which ended up being flavorless. Fortunately, I enjoy plain lattes. They offered to add the flavor later, but I declined. Where is the previous crew? I understand these are first world problems, but we were the only customers and only ordered two drinks."

"Horrible customer service. We were given the wrong carry-out but didn't notice until we had left already, granted we should have checked but none the less it was still the wrong order. Upon returning we brought the food back to exchange for our actualorder, the head manager of the restaurant tried to blame this mistake completely on us. Saying that it was now 2 mistakesinstead of 1 because the other person that ordered didn't want the wrong order, and chastised us for not checking our foodbefore we left. It was rude and uncalled for, anywhere else would have handled that so much better. We weren't angry, screaming,or throwing things. We understood it was a mistake on both parties, were polite and weren't demanding anything special. Nevereating here again."

"I ordered from Cottage Inn on 8-3-2020. After I had tried to order online at Jet's for a special one and it would not accept it. Then Jet refused to honour the special by phone. However, I could not get Cottage Inn's website to accept a pizza special. So I called them and they were more than happy to accept the order via the phone and give me the special price. Customer service must be a lot to Cottage Inn and I definitely appreciate it. I also took one of the best pizzas I had for years. I often command Cottage Inn, but they gave me a reason to order them if I want pizza. Thank you. Cottage Inn."

"Stopped for lunch and ordered their County Steak with mashed potatoes and white gravy. I had a side of Mac n Cheese. It came with country biscuits as well. It, as always, was delicious. Priced at $7.99 a great value. The waitress was very friendly. Great experience!"
