"Come on downtown for a spectacular lunch or a Friday night dinner. All the food is fresh and delicious. I've tried most of the pasta dishes and they always excel.Favourite dish is Chef Rich's seafood chowder, you've not had a good chowder til you've had it!The staff are friendly and attentive and the owner will always make you feel at home. Give the grotto a chance. You will have no regrets.Parking: Fridays after 4 it's free on the street. Parking ramp is across the street and only costs a few dollars. Otherwise it is metered parking during the week. But anyway you look at it the meals and atmosphere make it worth it."

We had the Seafood Chowder, garlic cheese Bread, manicotti and the lobster crab ravioli all of it was outstanding, and the staff are super friendly!!!!

Everything is excellent, unique, delicious soups, fabulous Italian, great specials. The manicotti is made with fresh made crepes, so light and delicious. Don't miss out, eat here.

Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing!!! They even offer a special menu with about 6 items on it, soups of the day, and amazing desserts!!! I've eaten there many of times and still am amazed by the quality of the food and service!!! I definitely recommend this hidden gem. The food is worth every penny!!! And the head chef is so sweet and greets you within 10 minutes of being inside. He truly makes you feel like you are a part of the family. The personal pizza is definitely a personal fav of mine! And those sweet potato fries are heavenly!!

"Great service, excellent food, good price, and good meal timing if you’re looking for somewhere to eat before a show. Variety Menu has slot to offer if you’re not sure what you’re in the mood for. "The restaurant is very classy, the people are supper friendly and our waiter Joe was awesome. Possibly the best food steak in buffalo... the lobster is amazing... the lobster bisque soup is to die for and the “Aviation” cocktail is one of my new favorites."

"I don't trust the star rating after writing this review. This place deserves 5 stars and we usually only order from Mister Pizza when we're craving pizza. Our favorite is the veggie pizza, but this time I decided to add pepperoni and meatballs and it was delicious. The seasoned potato wedges are a must-have and are always cooked perfectly. I've tried at least six different kinds of pizza here and they have all been fantastic. They really know what they're doing - the dough is excellent, unique, and the toppings are generous."

"Life is better at Panera Bread... the fresh healthy food, the other guests the workers make an atmosphere that feels like home. The app it self or even ordering in person using your phone number racks up the rewards which I admit are pretty generous. I also was sceptical about the $8.99 unlimited coffee because I don't drink hot coffee but love the ice coffee and that's included, YAY! Oh you gotta try the pick 2 BBQ Chicken Sandwich with the Citrus Salad with Chicken, OMG so so good. I do add the freezy onions (which is free of charge it is simply the best. Of course, add the cinnamon roll (get the one with the most frosting lol which is my weakness for only $0.99 because I also have the unlimited coffee. ; Lastly, the area up front with the glass windows makes for perfect people watching. The only downfall I would say the glass area gets shut down early customers have to eat in the back area. But make no mistake, I love this place 100% recommend it! :"
