"Met up with a friend for brunch here and it was a perfect outing. Nice sounds of jazz filling our area while we drank down pints of delicious Guinness. (I recall that DC in general does not have the best tasting Guinness but here I can tell they do clean out the lines and you can taste how good Guinness should be. "I like Chopt food a lot. However their delivery is very shaky. In my most recent order of 4 salads 1 was the completely wrong salad. It contained a protein item [double] that I cannot eat. Despite delivery directions that sated ring door bell button the bag was left at my door early and I had no idea it was there. The manager credited me for wrong salad but refused to deliver the correct salad. On other orders either the delivery was never made or delayed calls reported they were out of certain items, etc etc."

"Was super disappointed with the order I just received from Uber Eats. Waited an hour and payed $30 to receive over salted tots that are inedible. Like someone must have shaken the whole container of salt on the tots (pictured below). Also, the honey butter tots that were ordered were plain. No honey or butter was present. "I must update this so everyone is aware. My husband, father and I went to the restaurant last night and we were charged for 5 meals. The old gentleman said prices had gone up so on our receipt he put custome items in stead of typing in what we ordered. One of these custom items cost $31.99. We were charged for 5 orders of plantians but we only had 3. I questioned the man 's about this and he went back to the kitchen to get the cook. The cook verified what we ordered. I asked her what a custom item is and she didn 't know. We asked them to ring up the ticket with the correct orders and our bill went down over $30. The man pressed a button and the original corrected price cam lr up. My husband and the cook watched the man enter the corrected orders and he wanted to charge extra here and there saying that prices have gone up. This time the corrected order was $35 less. The man hit a button and the original incorrect price appeared. The man expected us to pay for food we did not eat because prices have gone up. CHECK YOU BILL SO THE OLDER MAN DOES NOT GET OVER ON YOU!"
