"I love tacos and love taco bell. the interaction I had with this place, however, was terrible. I arrived in the car drive thru and waited behind 3 cars to get to the orderbox. a nice lady asked what I wanted to order, so I told her, before I could finish, she said, “Hello!” So I stopped. someone else came into the box and asked me what I wanted. I had to start. So I started. she read my order back to me, confirmed and then moved forward. after waiting patiently (more than 20 minutes) I received my order, checked and realized that it was wrong. I said the lady in the window and she has the manager. the manager came into the window and told me I ordered something that they no longer serve and that it was not on the menu. She said she couldn't fix it. she rolled her eyes and looked at me as if I had broken the law. my daughter had used the app to find out what she wanted. I had confirmed the order in the box. they should have told me. I know most restaurants are short staff, and it takes longer to get what they want, but the rudeness was totally unnamed for. I waited 30 minutes, paid for my eating without complaining and eating something I didn't ask. I won't be back. there are many other places to eat."
