"Decent food, but rude staff. I arrived early to pickup my order. I was advised it was ready which was fine. I noticed that of the desserts that I would get more bang for my buck my making another selection since it was the same price. One cashier was helping customers and the other was walking around. She walked back up and asked if I was picking up an order in which I replied yes. I saw her grab from the cooks what looked like my phone and when I was about to get her attention before grabbing my dessert she actually grabbed one that had been sitting out. Once she brought the bag to me I asked if I could exchange. She replied “it’s already in the bag, you couldn’t have said something before...

I spent $20 on my food and can't get a free cup of ice. I understand managing cost, but you can't have a 10 cent cup for free. The food is ok, but you lost my business over a 15 cent cup at the most.Food: 3/5

I ordered the gyro plate. There was a generous amount of meat, which was well seasoned. The sauce was a good compliment. The plate included rice pilaf, a salad, and pita wedges. The cake wasn't worth the price though.Food: 5/5

I normally get the Lemon Pepper wings and a variety of the other wings. I pay the difference on the combo and substitute Onion Rings for fries. The Gyro is really good and the Big Bakers are superb whether with or without chicken, lamb, broccoli or any of the other favorites. The staff is friendly and most orders come out in a timely manner. We are proud and excited about our Purple Onion in Hueytown. My family members are repeat costumers and will continue to be for a long time.Purple Onions don't make me CRY!!!

"I decided to go to Speedys and pickup a Chicken and Beef Taco Salad. I added some guacamole and chips and salsa. I wish they offered a smaller size guacamole for when you just want a scoop added to your taco salad and I think chips and salsa should be given with each food order like all other Mexican restaurants do. If my taco salad alone wasn’t $11 I would say that keeping cost down is why but that is a premium price for a chicken and been taco salad. I paid $20.99 for my salad, chips and salsa for one, guacamole and a large tea. At those prices I think you could afford to give the chips and salsa with the order. Please consider a smaller size or at least a cheaper price to add guacamole to the salad without having to buy a container of guacamole dip just to add it to the salad. Most restaurants offer a 1oz to 2oz serving when you just want it added to your salad and charge .99 to $1.25 to add it to the salad. Other than that the food was great. I live and hour away and came there just to get a good taco salad. I went through the drive through and took my salad home."

"I ordered on the app I had to add my drinks to my order and pay separately for them. The sweet was sour and when I got there I had to sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes after my food was ready and when I got to the speaker they told me that noorders were sent to them from the app and when they found them the employee said I missed your t because and I quote her I wasnot paying attention so my order was around $21.00 dollars I am guessing that's for the time I had to wate for my 2 12 piecemeals and my $6.00 dollar sour sweet teas"

"Sign says 24 hours but they are always closed between 2am and 4am. Too bad the true hard working people can 't stop and get a meal on the way home but the fast food industry workers want $15 an hour. Update: 7/16/22.. Pulled up at 3am and they said theywere closed. Change your sign, change your website, change your staff or change your owner/management. I will constantly leavea bad review when I receive bad service. I will edit your hours and every option I have to give you a negative review tillsomeone steps up to do the right thing.. Which should be to close this location till the owner understands the customer isalways right. This is by far the worst McDonald 's I 've ever been to and as far as I 'm concerned, Hueytown and surrounding areaswould benefit from the closing of this location. If I could give negative stars, I would. Update: 11/13/22.. nothing changedexcept the orange cones in BOTH drive through lanes to indicate they are closed. Seriously, close this location permanently asno one wants to work. I 'd rather visit the off name brand in Russia than to attempt to give this location another chance.Corporate greed at its true finest. McDonald 's, you Seriously got a lot of explaining to do when it comes to who can open afranchise. I guess the new normal is keeping a sign that says open 24 hours a day and closing for a few hours. "Drove straight up and ordered just after 7:00 just to say they had no original or crispy chicken ready. I agreed to wait 16 minutes, but it was 19:30 when a nice young man brought the food to my car. I asked what took so long and asked if someone stopped. I told the girl on the window that the orders gave me the wrong person's food. When I came home, there was no Gravy in the bag for the potatoes. The connection from Ekel to my child?s face has summarized our entire experience tonight."
