"We drove up to Jekyll Island at night from Orlando and our first destination was The Wharf. We arrived at 830pm, the parking lot was a short walk down the dock to the restaurant. We saw a sign for dolphin sighting boat tours and thought that would be great in warmer weather. We walked in and immediately thought, 'what a beautiful restaurant '. The hostess asked if we preferred a booth or a table. I jokingly mentioned we wanted to sit outside (it was 40 degrees out) but would take a booth. After working with middle schooler all day, Susannah took great care of us. Dear I say she me be the best waiter on Jekyll Island. Food was great! View was amazing! Ate on the outside deck. Make sure to go while the sun is setting.

Long wait, but wanted outdoor seating that is limited as we expected. We had a lot of time to use the facilities and enjoy a nice adult drink at the bar while we waited for our table. Nice view! Lunch menu seemed limited, but this is the standard for most places. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very enjoyed!

Casual dining with a great on-the-water atmosphere. Came for lunch and sat outside on the deck. Restaurant was busy and we waited over an hour to get our food. When food did come out it was not hot. Regardless of food temperature it was still good. Service was friendly and remained attentive despite being back and forth among tables. Expect to pay $15-$30 per person depending on food entree selected.
