this place is next to the senat. from the capital. love the vibe. band also played here. my waiter was great and was a jamie foxx doppelganger.

There are plenty of rooms inside for a concert, as well as many urinals in the bathroom to avoid any waiting. Even the bartenders never had to wait for a drink.
