"Both items in the order had been sitting for longer than needed to. We received a text at 18:12 advising food was ready. Arrived 5-10 after and 10 minute drive home. Daughters noodles where solidified in the shape of the container, her beef was not cook through and somewhat raw inside. My orange chicken was very soft, broccoli did not have a good coloring and the spring rolls were soft and mushy. I can only assume they do not have the capability of deep frying items for crispness."

The Spicy Tonkotsu was so delicious. The only complaint is that theres only one very thin slice of pork.

"It takes a different kind of skill to repeatedly fail to execute orders properly and it takes an equally unique set of skills to respond with passive aggressive disinterest.Imagine being the first customer of the day and you hand the clerk a perfectly written order on a piece of paper.....the clerk reads it off, enters the order and then you go home, the wife opens her order then gives me a look of disgust and asks, "how did they make it wrong again? "So, I call and politely express my dismay and they guy answering the phone, sounding half awake, says, "what do you want us to do? "How about care?"

"This place is awesome. Very clean atmosphere. I ordered the chopped Greek salad, which is honestly one of the best salads I have ever had. I loved the addition of potato salad to the veggies, which created a unique texture. The portion sizes are so generous. Chris was great- really friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back."

"The lunch visit was atrocious! We thought we'd sit outside on this beautiful Labor Day. There was a family with a dog, no big deal, but when they left, there was dog food all over the patio and during our whole time there for lunch, nobody came and bussed the table and cleaned the mess they left. Then it took FOREVER to get our food. We were patient, it was a holiday and we were enjoying our day off work. But after 40 minutes waiting for our food, it was starting to get annoying. Especially during this time when a lady from the bar came outside three times with her beer and cigarette! Then the kicker was when a manager (we assume, he was wearing a black polo with Glory Days logo) arrived for work. Sat down and talked to this woman, put his shoes ON A TABLE and they were dropping the F bomb in their very loud conversation. We aren't prudes by any means, but have a little class! Get your shoes off the table where someone will sit and eat, and watch your language in front of customers! My chicken sandwich was burnt beyond wanting to eat it, my husband's wings were disgusting. Never again!!! The food, the service, and the management is the worst in town! Go somewhere else for lunch. Don't waste your money!UPDATE: I sent an email as requested to the manager, and he did not respond. His response was only so the public would think he actually made amends for the poor service we received. He does not care about how customers are treated. It was probably him who was out on the patio with his shoes on the table and cussing in front of customers"

"My husband and I first tried Buttermilk Provisions after a friend recommended them. So glad we went because they?re fantastic! We live in Temple Terrace but make a weekly trip to Buttermilk Provisions. We?ve had 4 employees help us overall and each one has been very friendly and welcoming. I usually order a half chocolate half almond iced latte, and it?s delicious. I got a seasonal pumpkin spice iced latte today and it was very good, too. My husband really likes their iced berry tea (I can?t remember the exact name of it! . Their food is homemade and I super appreciate the real cinnamon in their cinnamon rolls. I?ve had 2 different flavors of doughnuts there (cinnamon sugar and a gluten free vegan chocolate maple pecan and both were excellent. I?ve seen some people complain about the prices in their reviews, and I?m not sure why. Places like Starbucks (and literally every other coffee shop/cafe have similar prices. I find we spend less at Buttermilk Provisions than at Starbucks, personally, and receive better service and better quality drinks and food."
