We went in, sat at a stand and got the best waitress. She ate southern hospitality. I have to admit, I think we were lucky because the other waitress didn't seem so charming. Somehow, the minced meat is dirt cheap $2.50) and the meal with two sides is $5.79. The sandwich is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely the best I have eaten so far. I've never had pork so juicy and tasteful. Top it with the vinegar-based sauce at your table and it is heaven. There are two unmarked sauces, the brighter is the vinegary, tangy sauce, while the darker on the ribs is smokey, tangy flavor is used) My husband has half the rib that caused huge and juicy ribs. However, you have really decent ribs if you like sweeter sauce, this cannot tickle your imagination. The rib sauce is smokey and tasty. You have a bottle of it at the table so you want to try before your order. The pages were okay. Nothing to rave, but the cookies were the softest, butteriest thing I ever tasted. In total, our bill for half the rack of ribs w/ two sides, sandwich with two sides, drinks and a free biscuits and Hushpuppies came to $17. Not bad!"
