"I ordered an extra large pizza. The sweet and tangy pizza with chicken fingers. When I got it it was LATE. The dough/crust was not fully cooked. It had pieces of plain chicken (not chicken fingers) and the box looked as if some one sat on it! It wasawful. I ordered on line and thought maybe I had placed my order wrong but after getting the pizza I double checked and my orderwas correct! Disappointed because usually their chicken finger pizza is great. But I was discussed with this order!"

Was there for a car show and stopped in for a gluten free pizza, wings and ice cream... service was great and so was the food!

I ordered 30 Garlic parm chicken wings and when they were delivered they were dry as the Sahara desert and there wasn?t any sauce at all. I even gave them a tip which is obvious that they didn?t deserve. Do better!!

First of all I asked for extra sauce and didn't get it. Secondly I feel bad that this is what upstate calls pizza... at least buffalo has some flavor. It was also really expensive for this tiny bland pizza that honestly I just regret not getting a frozenone

"I've been visiting Brockport Diner for many years. Breakfast is amazing, I recommend.. two eggs over simple, white toast, domestic frits, conjured beef hash with one side of meat hot sauce. For those of you who are not familiar with what meat is hot sauce, it is very unhealthy, but is a big spice to pour on your domestic frits. I have lunch there a few times and it is average, but overall the service is good, prices are good and a great place for comfort food."

"This place has great food and I would definitely recommend the garbage plate. And the shakes are make really well. The inside is cute and full of restaurants history, only problem we seem to have is seating. There is almost never a spot free, especially for those who can not use a booth (I’m 9 months pregnant) and they should definitely think on expanding. I definitely recommend if you’re in brockport! "I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed in a restaurant ever. I’ve been here twice the first time I got pasta carbonara which I enjoyed but it was just okay, and wait time was about 40 minutes. Second time I’ve come I got chicken tacos, and we waited for our food for an hour and 5 minutes. Waitress was kind but she didn’t even say anything. The tacos were extremely low quality and the biggest kicker is that they weren’t even hot, they were slightly warm, and that’s after eating an hour. The prices aren't super affordable for this place either they’re definitely much higher than the quality of the food. One of the bartenders at one point grabbed a sex doll from behind the counter and gave it to a friend of hers sitting down. So to review the atmosphere is bad, the food is low quality, the wait time is high, and the pricing is higher than it should be. Nicest thing going for it is the proximity to the canal. Definitely never coming back"

"I ordered a tasty JR meal that was worth the price, but it wasn't the food that earned the 5-star rating. While waiting for my meal, I went to wash my hands and encountered an employee cleaning the bathroom who caught my attention. It was a bit strange at first, but I went into the bathroom and he followed me in a strange manner. In no time, we were engaging in a friendly conversation. I couldn't remember his name, maybe it was Levi? He charmed me in a unique way, making me feel different. He surprised me with a Burger King Mozzarella on the burger and offered me delicious cheese. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you for the amazing experience."
