an elegant set-dinner in a beautiful room. Overall, my brother and I enjoyed the six-course meal consisting exclusively of ingredients from the pre-Columbian world. However, while the dishes were incredibly tasteful and courageous, I found the abnormality of milk and sugar led to an inappropriate need for something to compensate the hearty aromes.
