as a zöliakie, eating can be a nightmare, but trummers was wonderful. had understood my own gluten-free menu, attentive waiter, my plight and the most delicious eating. the ambiente in the upper floor was excellent. Thank you!

for my main dish I decided to use the Icelandic cod and quinoa, asparagus, and with a lemon-shaped sose milk embroidered with grapefruit segments. the fish was perfectly boiled, which filled quinoa, and the spatula and grapefruit added bright bite to the dish.
