"Dropped in to grab a drink in the late afternoon. The place is very dark and dive-ish. I was greeted by happy hour prices that barely put them on par with normal costs. Server was very inattentive despite few people being present. The well choices are poor and my cocktail was very weak for $10. Curry fries tasted like MSG. People who work for the establishment were being rude and boisterous to homeless on the street. I will not be coming back. (The nasty menu on the photo made a sticky pop when I lifted it up to look at it... I was happy to hear about #filipinoeatsweek but wasn't so happy about the flavors. It wasn't as authentic as I hope it would be.

beautiful philippine little teller, and try the hot butter whisky. man, oh man is inspired. it was a little cool when we were there, but that's why we were hunting.

It's a bar kind of like any other in downtown Portland. They offer a decent variety of beers and mixed drinks at Portland's typical high prices. The gourmet appetizers were good, and the overall place was fine for a happy hour with coworkers.
