"This is by far the best Chinese restaurant in the Northwest. They are clean, quick, and kind. Whenever I go, I place these big orders for my family and they always manage to have it ready in 15 minutes or less. Favorite Chinese Restaurant in the area. We have a place 5 minutes from our house but instead drive 20 minutes to get to Uncle Chen's.

Food was very good, hot and fresh surprisingly me with vegetables in rice. The shrimps are huge! My family enjoyed their meal by Uncle Chen Hot Wok, a Chinese restaurant we decided to try other than the standard Panda Express. Sorry, not the best picture, but hey, we forgot our meal before the food picture.
