"The pizza looked like it was 3 days old. The pasta was microwaved. It was obvious the pasta was for my 3 year old and 6 year old, but the guy nuked it so hot it took so long to actually cool down so it didn?t burn them. My Stromboli was cold in the middle. I was greeted by the cashier after my order with ?what did ya get? and after I asked for napkins I was scolded by her stating they always put some on the tray. And so surprising they didn?t put napkins. This place sucks."

Between this location and the former location in Harford Mall I ate in Villa, as I was my childhood. The owner not only recognizes me, but now my husband every time we visit. I always order to take several cakes home and they are image perfect every time. No pizza can compare anywhere.

My family gets food every time. Last week I asked how much a refill on Soda Lady says free for the first; okay I couldn't remember. This week says an old guy with an accent, oh costs money. I said, oh always make the first free. Who? And I left. It's not about 75 cents. He was rude, that's the problem. I spent $35 on this subpar food and she cant save 1 refill

I came in today to get a meal for me and a meal for my 5 year old daughter. She really wanted a salad, so I asked if she could have a small salad with the child meal (I?d extra pay if necessary), said the person behind the counter it was not possible to do at all. I said I had a children's dinner and a little salad he said again, that would not be possible. I shake my head. There was either a language barrier or he was just difficult.
