"I made a reservation for my friend's birthday at 9pm. When we arrived, the bouncer at the door was not aware of the reservation and told us to sit anywhere. We waited for 27 minutes before I went to the bar to get menus. It took another 10 minutes for a bartender to bring us water after I returned with the menus. We waited for an additional 25 minutes before flagging down a waitress who realized we had not been served. She was very kind. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was nice, and the DJ played great music. However, more customer service training is needed."

I expected the place to be more of restaurant than a bar but the staff was very friendly and the food that was available was quite tasty. Also, it is located within walking distance of Little Caesars Arena and Ford Field and parking was listed as $5 so that was great.

Visions is a great place to grab a bite to eat before an event. When we went, we were in a huge hurry, so we got our food to go, which we ate on the way there. The hamburger was delicious and the Wings were really good too (different than most places, which was refreshing).

The food at the restaurant was delicious, with fresh ingredients and great flavor. However, the portion sizes were on the smaller side - for example, the salmon dish was only around four ounces. We were still hungry after our main courses, so we ended up ordering an appetizer to satisfy our appetites. The server was friendly and provided helpful service.
