"We went to Hank’s for their Harry Potter themed brunch and we had a rather good experience. That staff is friendly, with everyone greeting us and our waitress checking in frequently, even though she was busy. The place has a very charming ambiance, with the farm element really being played up, though they could stand to upgrade to better napkins. They were very flimsy. As for the food, the brunch buffet was a little hit or miss, but the offerings it’s were good far more than the weren’t. The fried chicken was crunchy and tasty, but the roast beef was dry and overcooked. The biscuits and gravy were quite a solid rendition of the dish, but the Brussels were like bricks. Overall, we were very pleased and there were so many options that it was easy to find something good."

"The best accidental discovery of my husband and I've done a long time. We were on the highway on the way to Starved Rock and saw a billboard advertisement of this place and the thought of a converted dairy bar turned restaurant sound charming. We were not too familiar with the area or with Ottawa and during the time of Covid restrictions at the food last August we hoped that Hank's Farm Restaurant was opened. My husband, mother in law, niece and I had a wonderful meal, were so warmly welcomed and the campus on which the restaurant was was a total experience. I use the word campus because of the open area with a small Artsy Antique/gift shop and there were peacocks wandering freely on the property. We live in the Chicago area, but the experience was so great since August 2020, we are back together and with others at least twice since and since July 2021."

"I had the five cursor tasting menu with wine pairing. from the beginning it was clear that the team was invested in us and this experience. jason and his team were so passionate about every court. it was clear that they thought so much and killed themselves in every court. the platings were works of art, the descriptions masterful, the parings perfection. I have often gedimt in this restaurant, but that was about any culinary experience I had in ottawa. I recommend this very much!"

"I love this place! What a jewel hidden in the small town of Ottawa. Inside is a great city feeling. Trendy, hip, stylish, but not pretentious. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere with good beer selection on tap and excellent food for pairing. My fave beer was the SUBJECT to CHANGE BATCH 8 HAZY IPA. My chocolate cake paired well with the DOBROY NOCHI RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT. Check out the tasting room and the beautiful lounge on the upper floor and the adjacent private room that can be borrowed."

"The burger here is too die for, the fries are very addictive too. I ordered sweet potato waffles fries for a side, the best one! The best meal after hiking. Very recommended!!!"
