I was in the drive-through in the middle of the afternoon and waited for 40 minutes with probably another 10 to 20 minutes left before I would receive my food. The restaurant should communicate with customers about the delay and offer an alternative if they cannot deliver in a timely manner. It was 98 degrees outside and I was considering getting out of line to seek shade.

The employee Michelle was incredibly kind and tried to make our experience better by giving us free items, but unfortunately, the restaurant itself was terrible. My friend and I waited for an hour and a half on a busy Saturday night at 10 o'clock. It seemed like no one knew how to do their job, to the point where I had to serve my own food. This location should be closed down. I highly advise against coming here, as it was a complete disaster and there are no other Wendy's nearby.
