"I am not one to make a public bad review of a a fast food restaurant, however had a very bad experience eating at Wendy's in Benson, Arizona on July 2, 2022 at 4:30pm. Ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich. Noticed on the receipt that it had plain with mayonnaise. Went up to counter before receiving the sandwich to clarify no mayonnaise. The cashier said we ordered with mayonnaise and we said no, just plain. He stated he would correct the order. Received the first one sandwich with mayonnaise, even after our attempt to get the correct order. The second sandwich came out as a crispy, breaded chicken with lettuce and tomato but not grilled. We had after the high school on the fact that it was the only one open. We waited 56 minutes for food. I felt so bad for the two workers they had. Food was hot and fresh.

Charged 359+×2 for What I could have served myself out in the lobby. No accommodation to resolve issue. Hostess had poor foul language in joking fashion I could enjoy across the room. Sadly. Very clean thoe.

I almost never go to Wendy's, even though there's one where I live. We were on a day trip and this Wendy's was one of only two places we stopped for lunch. It was very busy and took a little longer to get our food than we are used for fast food. But the food was nice and hot. The burgers were great! The staff was friendly. The costs were almost as much as a sit-down restaurant, but our lunch turned around a nice change on a special car trip station.
