Consistantly receive incorrect food. I frequently order a plain hamburger, but it ALWAYS comes with something on it sometimes cheese, sometimes onions. Today, I received ketchup and onions. I also ordered a jr cheeseburger with only ketchup. I got a hamburger with ketchup and onion.
