"Our reservation was at and we didn’t get seated until approximately which happens sometimes. The lapse was that there was no acknowledgment or regret that we had to wait for our reserved table. I mentioned it to the waiter and he replied, “oh I don’t have anything to do with that.” Started out with a shrimp cocktail that was outstanding and then went downhill from there. The lobster bisque was so-so and the bone in ribeye was mediocre at best. Couple that with average ambience and average service for a pricey steakhouse and it just isn’t quite up to snuff. We happened to be spending the weekend in Carlsbad but next time will make the extra drive to Fleming’s or Eddie V’s"

Our meals very delicious and served in large portions. The manager came over to say hello, which always makes customers feel important. Food and service Quality are always top notch here

Had a bad experience. Called the restaurant and complained. They told me the General Manager would call me to discuss and I never heard from him. with tip for people and we brought our own wine. You would think that that would be worth a return phone call
