"The wife n I was here to celebrate a special occasion, but the only thing we talked about was how poor the service was. We had a 7:30 reservation, we got there at 7:20. The place wasn't too busy, I say probably half full and looked like there were plenty servers. Was nice cause we were seated right away and given our drink and food menus. What followed was 20 mins of not meeting our server or even an acknowledgement of us being there, we didn't even get a glass of water. There were plenty of servers walking past our tables and servicing the other tables around us. We watched as other tables, ordered their drinks, received there drinks, ordered their apps, and received it, with in the 20 mins we waited patiently. We thought could it be due to the color of our skin, that we were being dismissed, we seemed and felt out of place, after all we were the only asians in the the restaurant. Not suggesting anything, but all the other tables were receiving their food and drinks, while we waited for over 20 mins without even a glass of water. Growing frustrated, I stopped a worker and ask to speak to the manager, another 10 mins went by, and he came out, I explanained the situation to him, he said he would look into it, not one word of acknowledgement or an expression of apologies at all. After five mins, he came back out and poured us water, and took our drink and food orders. We now had a glass of water after 35 mins of waiting, wow! Now things were moving along as they should. The drinks and the food was ok. I ordered the porterhouse and the wife the ribeye, both at medium rare. They were cooked just right, but both steaks were underseasoned. Also not as tender as I thought they should be too. Don't get me wrong, the steaks were ok, just not upscale steak house quality, I say they were probably somewhere between Applebees and Outback Steakhouse. Wasn't expecting Manny's or Murray's but was expecting a better than Outback or Texas Roadhouse quality and experience. After we reived our steaks, the manager came back out and gave some excuses and apologized. We definitely would not come back here or recommend this place due to the bad service and subpar steaks!"

"We visited the Whistle Stop Cafe on our way home from Duluth and were blown away from the service, food and cleanliness of the facility. Jean was our server and she exceeded our expectations! She was pleasant, friendly, professional and made us so welcome. If you want to swing through Hinckley, MN, make sure Whistle Stop Cafe on your list. I promise you won't be disappointed!"

"The night manager seemed to dislike working at Taco Bell, which is understandable given their lack of people skills. Is it really that difficult to include hot sauce in a bag? A little politeness toward customers wouldn't hurt, nor would it kill anyone to say “thank you, come again.” Perhaps it would be better for them to find a job that doesn’t require interaction with people. This Taco Bell should be avoided at all costs. It’s simply disgusting."

"I ordered two Impossible burgers: one with just ketchup (extra ketchup) and a pickle, and the other with only ketchup, cheese, and bacon. Both were AMAZING and clearly made with care. The bacon was perfectly cooked and nicely arranged on the patty, and there was just the right amount of ketchup. The highlight, though, was a perfectly formed burger—just the right amount of "pimple" without any missing pieces. The lady at the counter was very friendly, and the kitchen staff really knows how to deliver quality food. Thank you for the fantastic meal!"

"Firestorm is located on the main road in the historic downtown of Hinckley. There were many restaurants that came on the same 1 block route. But it stands on itself and will probably remain for many years to come! Your food is excellent. We had many things in the menu and never settled. Your pizza is just as good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even if you are just looking for a burger, this is a great place to stop and give them an attempt! It's almost as if they're hidden in the city on the main street, but take the little ride to the city and enjoy some great food and pizza! Your mouth will be happy that you did it and your checkbook will still have money in it!"
