A very nice family owned chinese restaurant. The owners were very nice and polite. The food was delicious and the environment was very friendly!! "This is definitely a two-sided review. The pros. The green beans are facing me. Overall satisfied with the food. However, the service is slow. The line quickly returns because they are not efficient to get food for customers. And finally, the price is relatively expensive. For two people and a child the sum ended almost $80. If I'm ever on my way back to Houston, I'll stop picking some green beans, but the BBQ is decent."

"Not my first visit to this restaurant but it has been 10 years since last visit. Decided to go Sat at 5:30pm, was a little surprised that parking lot was empty with only 5 other cars. But it is July 4th weekend so that could explain the fact they were slow. I noticed some changes to the interior since my last visit and it still looks nice. They do have a lot of tables and the menu has a lot of choices. Waitstaff got our drink order right away and the waiter arrived shortly after to answer some questions we had and to take our order. We ate to many chips and salsa (like always) so we decided to get the quesadilla plate. My GF got the small and I went with the regular large. Included beans, and salad and sour green and guacamole. I add charro beans also. Pricing is mid range and food was very good. Service is very friendly and pretty fast. Will be back again for sure."

"poor service even worse management. make sure they don't make a call to bc youll just hang someone with and when they talk to someone else. he says you made him defensiw and then you say you complain about his employment service as if he complained about your children. I'm sorry that employees and their own children are two completely different people. besides a person child should not even be separated from a comparison with a worker in a company."

"Our favorite place to stop when on our road trip. We find our favorite snacks, drinks, etc. Cleanest toilet ever. Hand sanitizer available, in toilet stands and around the store. (Please use!: Great customer service, they are very polite. Enough parking around the building. Air pump available, electric car charger available, gas pump always packed, but available."

"Carls is a staple place to eat, I work near by so I go weekly pretty much! The wait is never too long and the food is always good! I’ve tried many things here and never had a bad experience. Wednesday they serve chicken and dumplings, but you have to get there early or they will run out! It’s a favorite for many people (including myself! my personal favorite is a non menu item, the buffalo tenders! They give you so many and the chicken is so tender!! I would definitely recommend this place to have lunch at!"
