"Making you wait to be seated until your entire party shows up when the place is empty is absurd. New rule they said. Waitress arguing when you ask a question about the menu, unprofessional. Having to ask for another drink unacceptable when the place was empty is not good customer service. Rudely reaching over patrons to get a piece of silverware is ridiculous. I can see if it was busy and they needed to turn the place over....they have lost our groups business. When you treat your cash paying customers like you done need them, they will treat you like you don't and will go elsewhere."

"Came thru for a #6 bacon cheese whopper and got a pretty dang tasty sandwich. I don't eat out much, let alone fast food. This sandwich looked great, was full of flavor the bacon was real bacon nice and crispy, nice amount of pickles, and pretty fresh veggies. I only wish I had another. Yum! Thanks so much for a nice meal. The picture doesn't do it justice btw."

"hidden gem. I'm not originally from olean, but I'm going to school here. my father came by the other day and asked where I wanted to go. we decided to change it and came over union tea. first the load is nice. I loved the modern industrial look with cool pictures on the brick walls. I enjoyed one of the filled juices available; the flowering berries was a taste explosion. I also enjoyed the Greek burger and mac 'n käse burgr. both were unique and were very good. But I was blown away from the Greek burger who had both feta and tzatziki on it. I've never seen a restaurant that put on a burger, and they nailed it. I'll be back in the final."

"Food was good until table next to us had a child throw up between our tables. Restaurant replaced what we asked and we moved ourself since it wasn't offered to us at the time. It's still my favorite beef place in the southern tier but this is not out 1st time in the last year with issues of some sort. I don't blame the family or the Restaurant, since these things happen, but they could of handled it a bit more professional considering it's a higher end establishment and the fact there was puke pretty much under our table too."
