Brisket was juicy, tender and had a great smoke flavor. I really enjoyed the peppery vinegar based sauce. Service was friendly and the complimentary bread pudding was great!

I enjoyed this visit... The brisket sandwich was good and not dry... The jalapeno sausage wrap was AMAZING... I did not get to try any sides and wish I had been able to try their pork chops... I will try those next time for sure

The name reminded me of the one in San Saba that sadly closed but was really good so I had to see if it might have been the same one that moved. Even if no relation, I still have to give an excellent rating on the flavor of the meat and being reasonablypriced. The beans and potato salad were good also (really enjoyed that the potato salad was not full of large pieces of onion asso many are). Sauce was very good and unique, but the meat did not require it to be good or edible and that's what lots ofplaces don't understand and instead try to cover up with sauce, but not here.
