"Zaxby's location is annoying. I ordered with her app and it told me to get thru line in the drive and tell them I had a mobile order. I waited for the ride through the line, told them I had a mobile order and then they told me I had to go in to get my order from a shelf. So I waited to come out of the driving thru line, parked, and in the heat and rain came out and went inside. My order wasn't on the shelf. I had to stand around and wait while they put it together because their dining room is still closed. Other Zaxby's locations will give you the order through the thru drive window. Not really a kickin chicken sandwich. More like a chicken sandwich with a sprinkle of sauce. The fried mushrooms were good though .

The wait time is excessive this is why I rated it a 2. If you are and Uber or door dash deliverer this particular Zaxby?s does drive through only. I tried calling their number to confirm and I received a voicemail. Plenty of parking. Clean building from the outside.
