"We just heard about this place and were excited to check it out. I'm so glad we made it! The menu is quite limited that we have taken as a good sign that they focus on making really good hamburgers. Obviously they are because the burgers were excellent. My daughter had a little hat that is a single Patty Burger. The rolls are roasted or grilled, and there is only an additional little bit to the texture of each bite. The taste of the burger itself was excellent I had the Southwest Burger, which is its spicy version. It was really good. Jalapenos and yellow bird sauce along with pepper Jack cheese gave him a really nice kick. The French fries and perpetrators were really good, but nothing above the top. You might want to think about some additional season options. Hat Creek has a number of signature sauces available. I tried all the sauces from the self-service counter and the only one I really liked was the happy sauce. I would recommend trying them all, although none of them is really bad. Overall we had a great lunch and would like to go back at any time."
