"Ok first off the guy who greets you and takes your order has the BEST personality ever! He was amazing, you couldn't ask for better service! The atmosphere was very busy and happy. This was our first visit and we had no clue what to order. He went thru the entire menu for us and we went with his recommendation, a giant Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. 10 minutes later we were served the BEST hot sandwich we've ever had. Super fresh bread, tender meat, lots of melted cheese.. it was awesome!! We'll definitely be going back to try more of these amazing sandwiches!"

"BEST WORKERS!!Now days it’s hard to find fast food employees who are kind, helpful and hardworking. I was first helped by sweet chase on the cashier, I’ve never been inside and wasn’t sure how to order, he noticed me and spoke up to help me and was seriously so kind about it and Alex, wow he’s awesome! Made me the best sandwich and had a wonderful conversation with him, after a long day it can be hard for a stranger to crack a smile from me! He was a very fun, friendly worker. Both these boys went above and beyond for me. Super impressed!! They deserve a raise if you ask me lol!"

"Jersey Mikes had been my safety net when it came to a sandwich shop that I can trust to be sanitary and fresh, but man was I disappointed this time. As someone who had worked in food service for years I know how coolers work, and usually there is a fill line on the pans so that the contents stay within the temperature safety zone. I am not exaggerating when I say the tomatoes were stacked half a foot high above the top of the pan, and it was evident that they were in bad condition with how dark and soft they looked. The lettuce was also visibly wilted with pink coloring. It seems like there 's at least 5 people on staff and not busy, so such a lazy measure of stacking the tomatoes like this is unnecessary. The staff needs to be retrained on proper glove use and hand washing. Staff were using the register while also texting on their phone with gloves on. Also when they thought they were out of sight they were vaping with gloves on in the back. I hope they 've never dropped their vape or phone on the floor or used them in the bathroom because watching them handle these devices with gloved hands is disturbing. Also after doing all of this, they would change gloves without washing hands. Makes me pretty sad it seems you can 't trust anywhere these days, hopefully it 's just this location that has slacked and not every Jersey Mike 's. I will not return to this location in the near future."

"I really like Jersey Mikes so it is sad that I need to post this. This one has been going down hill for a while. Today was the last straw for me. The employees are rude and the food quality has become very poor. The lettuce was brown and slimy today and when I told the girl checking me out that it was not good to serve lettuce like that she said that 's not my fault . Yep, I 'm done."

"This is a staple to my Cincinnati Reds ballgame routine. My son's and I order our sandwiches online, drop by and pick them up on our way to the stadium and one of the kids packs them away in our cooler. Then we have fantastic and affordable food at the ball park. They are always happy to help us out when we ask them to wrap the sandwich halves individually without any complaints. I will continue to return here all the time. We go to about 2 games a month and this is our stop before every single one."

"the quality of the subs we got last night was subpar. I also waited an hour for the sandwiches that the app said would be ready in 15 minutes. admitted, they were busy, but no one has greeted me or asked if I wait for a command. they also did all in person ordering before they completed online orders that had been in the wait for some time. After I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and was ignored, I finally asked one of the employees to review my order. 15 min after that I finally had the sandwiches, but the order was wrong. I asked salat and tomaten on a Portobella cheese steak that if I had checked no salate, tomato, or mushrooms I could see or taste. one of our sandwiches was not even the right type (hook ham and cheese instead of a super sub). this is 2/2 visits where the performance and quality was severely lacking, and the time from the app was so far away."

"The Jersey Mike's Subs Experience Carryout Edition). I love a good sub, and living in NC presents challenges for a NY sub experience. So I went inside Jersey Mike's and ordered their Turkey and Provolone mini with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, mayo, seasoning, oil, and vinegar on the side with a bag of sun chips. The line was moving along for a lunchtime rush until I got to the register. Unfortunately, the register crashed and needed to reboot, and due to only one register, the line became backed up. Nevertheless, after the reboot and waiting, I was on my way out to eat my lunch. Once eating my meal, I enjoyed everything. I would go back to Jersey Mike's but not this location. Getting into the parking lot and getting out can be problematic due to the area and busyness of University Parkway."

"I want to thank this crew for the job they did today. We came to lunch today (Saturday). First, the resturant was packed. The line was on the door. The crew that appeared very young was about as professional as you can get.. They welcomed every guest when they came to the counter. They ensured that the guests felt comfortable and that they were helped as quickly as possible. It seemed that online orders were also supported. The crew didn't even stop. They worked as a team and very efficient. While we ate our lunch, we saw most orders finished. We never heard anyone complain. Thanks again for a good job."

"Love Jersey Mike's Subs! Our family has eaten at Jersey Mike's for several years. No matter the location, sandwiches are consistent with presentation and taste. You choose your sandwich from the menu options and as well as your choice of bread; White, Wheat and Rosemary Parmesan. After you order, the meat and cheese is sliced in front of you, which tastes fresher, and the bread is always fresh. My daughter orders a Kid's Turkey, I always get a #7; Turkey and Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan with Mike's Way. By the way, Mike's Way; lettuce, tomato, onion, spices, red wine vinegar and oil, trust me it's perfection! I want one right now, mmmmmm!!! Anyways my husband has his usual which is Jersey Philly Cheese Steak, no it's not a real Philly, which comes with onions, peppers and cheese on Rosemary Parmesan Bread. So, there you have it, great place to get a Sub! Oh, I also want to mention, the restaurant is always clean no matter the location."

"Went to Jersey mikes last week and they informed that they were out of bread and gave me a card for a free sub. Then I went in to use the card the next day and they told me the card had been used and I was given attitude by the staff member as she informed me the card had already been redeemed. So I was given a redeemed card to use and I went up there using my gas and everything to get a sub and twice in one week I was unable to receive good service. I went a head and purchased my sub but it left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. You gave me a redeemed card and then speak to me as if I was trying to scam you all."

"I like jersey mikes but every time I come into this location and order the giant Philly with Double meat and cheese I see the same girl at the grill throw on an extra one half of the steak that normally goes on their Phillies, that is not double meat that’s one and a half meat lol. It really only upsets me when I’m paying $24 for a sandwich that I wouldn’t have to pay anywhere else. I will most likely go to another Jersey mikes and see if they do the same thing, if they do then I will know it’s not the girls fault but the store policy and I will just simply opt out of supporting this business again."

"Never again! I liked the Waugh Chapel Jersey Mike's, but lately the service was terrible. Tonight I was next door and watched how it took almost 10 full minutes to make a single sandwich! Oh, and the sandwich manufacturer scratched three times the back of his head with his gloves. When he finished the sandwich, he didn't go back with my order. I waited two minutes and he never came back. Two other employees totally ignored me, so I went out, never back. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is closed soon if they don't get their act together. I'm coming firehouse!"
