"The ambience and customer service let the venue down. Videos of food prep being playing while eating was a bit off putting raw meet and fish being butchered probably isn’t necessary although I understand they were showing the process.. Customer service was basic, staff didn’t smile once. Waited a good while before being offered drink service, there was only one other table in use. No recognition of my birthday, that was listed on the booking. Food was good, lamb tagine was tasty."
