"I arrived at the restaurant at 3:05 on Sunday, only to find the doors locked and the staff cleaning up for the day. I walked back to my car with my son, but then ran into one of the employees on the street. He informed me that they were closed, but when I mentioned that I was looking for some cold cuts for dinner, he kindly reopened the store and served me with a smile. This level of customer service is why I always consider them the best. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and they truly care about their customers."
