"If ratchet had a name and sold chicken and be called churches. However church is not to be taking lightly. The chicken might be greasy but it's hard and taste with Popeyes and places well ahead of KFC. The service is a little bit slow but very friendly. They will probably be out of something on the menu but then again so is Popeye's always. There's only one in DC that I can think of I just work the trip even if it's just once every few months. Don't sleep on churches eat at churches."

"We went to dine in and doors were locked only drive thru is only available, why? The reason we go out is to dine in somewhere not being it home, for that we can order delivery. Other location we are able to dine in. Feel this location has lazy staff member. Might be another closed down location. So said to see good places close due to poor management"

"I've been waiting since the pandemic to eat Church's chicken; but when the church opened again all the locations was just driving thru and since I didn't drive-thru except chick-fil-a, I decided to Popeyes as they had the take option. Needless to say, my experience was great! Great customer service, as I eat only white meat, I always ask that it be freshly cooked, and my request was no problem. The workers were polite and lobby was clean, so I ate my food there. The fat was also fresh, so the chicken tastes even better!"

"I'm not going anywhere or anything. but this time is a must. that's the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I ordered through the drive-thru and they gave me my food cold and the huh was as hard as the stone. When I went in there, I saw the chicken approaches sitting there, and before I got my order, they said that he was “fresh”. How's that fresh? that's disgusting, I don't even know how they feed the human. I asked for a refund and gave them the huh I had ordered, but they gave me only $8 out of the $34 I paid for. I have returned 2 chicken sandwiches and 5 offers, which she has only refunded me for 3 chicken sandwiches 1! the girl who worked there was so rude, gave a posture and was never understood. I bet she'd throw out if she tastes her bad cold chicken. Anyway, I called my bank and the commission is being contested. bad customer service ever. a valuable advice is to save her money and never go there. And this advice is for this girl “if you think they are a manager only for this place, then they should think their position new” I don’t know what the purpose is to be a manager when they have 0 customer service skills and 0 communication. literal 0."
