"This Location is lacking in all departments big time. Food was terrible, drive through service was equally bad. Had to go inside to fix my order and the manager on Duty was borderline rude and unfriendly. Poor communication between her and the person training at the window lead to my order being wrong. Strawberry lemonade barely had any ice so it was warm and whoever made it put WAY too many strawberry chunks in it, it was disgusting. Burger was missing ingredients and tasted and looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp. I thought they made everything to order? Maybe not. Will never come back to this location again."

"As someone who lives in the PNW, of course I've been to a ton of Burgervilles, but this is probably the best one. I find the service here to be more efficient than at the two Burgervilles closer to my home. I haven't had an order here that has been messed up, and in addition, even though the lines get long, they move along pretty fast. Whenever I'm craving some good fast food or a lactose-free milkshake (their chocolate coconut bliss shakes are pretty nice), I'll be sure to stop by here."

"Was here back in 09 during the Battle of Burgerville during the Invasion of DC, me and the boys held off incoming forces and moved a High Value Target in here to protect him, once the battle was said and done we took the liberty of making some burgers while we were there, gotta say, damn fine burgers. Gotta give a one on atmosphere though cause when I was there, there was a massive hole blown in the ceiling by a T90 and all the windows were blown out from gunfire. "The lobby was closed when I went through the ride, but not sure if it was a whole time thing, or because of the time I was there, which was quite late. That means the food was hot and good, and the service was friendly. I have chickens and chips, and the offers were a little better what I had. A negative note... my roommate ordered a burger and stressed a few times that she did not want onions (she is allergic), but she got them anyway. "Went through the drive through approximately 10 minutes before close, and while the customer service was friendly, the wait was long (10+ minutes) and the food was disappointing. Waffle fries were limp, soggy, and room temperature. The Colossal burger was indeed colossal, but the patties did not have any color to them and were lacking in flavor. Totally understand that a rush at the end of a night is tough to handle, but for what you pay at Burgerville I expected more from the food. Edit: customer service reached out and made the situation right, so I will be giving this location another shot and will update this review accordingly"

"I think I’m finished with this place. I often say that when I'm running late. I received a wilted, expired salad, and the woman I believe was the manager didn't seem concerned when I mentioned it to her; her response was just a casual “oh, okay.” I had to remind her to check the salad. When I asked for a refund, it shouldn’t have been an issue, but it felt like pulling teeth. I've visited a few times since the pandemic began, and things seem to have really declined. "Even for fast food this was pretty bad. Sub par flavor, dry and over cooked, and sub par ingredients, mostly. The lettuce was a higher end but flavorless style. I had the fish, others had the chicken. And nobody wanted the fries after trying them. Has anyone ever heard of this chain before? I dont think that any franchise would purposely be so....off. I mean, the food wasn't old or bad that we could tell, but it sure lacked flavor and was as dry as the bun which lacked sauces. But maybe that was just the cod sandwich? The same was true for the other meals, but none of us ordered a beef burger (oddly enough)."

"As always, the meal was delicious. The halibut fish and chips were fried to perfection, served with the classic older-style fries typical for this dish. The burger was fantastic. The waffle fries were also delicious, just like the refreshing cold brauschüttel. There was a long line at the drive-thru, so while it’s worth the wait, be prepared for some time before you get your food."
