"The food at this restaurant is delicious and the service is good, but I was disappointed by the overcharging. I ordered the beef Lula kebab, which was listed on the menu for $18. I asked if I could switch one of the beef skewers with chicken, which is priced at $16 on the menu. I expected to pay either the listed price for the beef or $17, but instead I was charged $26.46. It was frustrating to pay an extra $7 to make this simple substitution, especially when the chicken was actually priced lower than the beef. It is not fair to be overcharged in this way."
