"We usually come here on Sundays after church and our experience is always well around the excellent range from the food to the service. However tonight we came in and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. The front cashier couldn't stay off her cell phone. Upon finally receiving my order the sauces I ordered with our meal was not in the bag and so I asked and I was told I had to wait for the kitchen staff to get it when there are 4 or 5 good size containers of zax sauce by the drive thru window literally 4 feet from the front cashier person. I was told that that sauce was just for drive thru and that I would have to wait. Don't get me wrong the food was good but the service was horrible. So come for the food but be warned that you will more than likely have a terrible customer service experience."

"My daughter and I visited the restaurant today on July 11th. The waitress who took our order greeted us warmly with a smile and was very friendly, a rarity nowadays. She made sure we had all our sauces and condiments before calling out our names for our food. The food was delicious as usual. As we were leaving, a gentleman asked if we enjoyed our meal and gave us a warm farewell. The entire team working today deserves a raise!"

"We ordered thru door dash. And what they gave us all and all was what we ordered. The person whom placed the order told me he did the order correctly but I don't think he did) . We are NOT Happy about The gal. Of tea that was non sweet and had NO lid or labels. The driver of door dash said for us to report it to door dash, which I will do). No receipt came in my bag only the kitchen receipt stuck to the bag. The rest of the meal was to our liking. Although I thought the Cobb chicken salad had more chicken on it than one strip."

"I've got to Zaxbys a little later than normal dinner time... very close to the end... at 10:45. Annnd that it is so close to the closure, I honestly thought we would have lunch chicken or the super crispy hard as a rock on the outside type of chicken... I was soOO SO wrong!! "I have to give 5 stars for the exceptional customer service I received from Justice at the drive-thru on N. Monroe St in Tallahassee. Despite some issues with the quality of the food and the attitude of the drive-thru worker who took my order, Justice went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even though my fries were hard and some of my wings were overcooked, Justice ensured that my drink was refilled and even took the time to clean the cup and secure the lid properly. She also let me know that my drink would be ready in just a few minutes. While I was disappointed with the food, Justice's outstanding service truly stood out."

"The food was soooooo good and they make it fresh to order. Highly recommend!!! I’ve never dined in but they were still fast for the drive through. We spent around 10-15min in the drive through with a line that halfway wrapped around the building. If you want your food right away then maybe go inside but if you aren’t in a rush then use the drive through you won’t regret it either way!"
