"A mishap on web order, combined with a phone order lead to a double charge. However, staff worked quickly to get it resolved and the communication was EXCELLENT! We were made aware by Vandalia Sub House staff just minutes after placing the order and was followed up with emails working on the refund. The food was great of course and delivery was quick! Much appreciation for Kelsey and the Vandalia Sub House staff for the time and the care you put in to helping your customers during these times (and for the gift card)!
