"My delivery took much longer than expected and the tracking option did not work properly. The delivery person was rude and called me to say he was already at my location, when in fact he was still on the road and I had to go out to meet him. After finally receiving my order, I found my pizza was thrown on its side with cheese and sauce everywhere, folded and squished. It seemed like the delivery person did not care about his job. I will never order from this restaurant again. I would rather pay a little more for better quality from Domino's."

"I gave the driver a big cash tip on a cold, icy day. It was double my normal good tip. When I checked my bank account I noticed that the driver or the store manager had added another dollar tip once they got back to the store. The manager first told me that they didn't do that and that she checks the receipts to make sure that doesn't happen. Still refusing to admit what they'd done I was told that I could come to the store and they'd give me a dollar. I explained that I had ordered pizza delivery because I didn't want to go to their store and that I wouldn't be driving over there for a dollar. I was then offered a free pizza. Yeah right... like I'm going to accept a pizza that I didn't see them make after they're ticked off. I told them that I wanted to see the receipt, and I was told that they didn't have it anymore. They told me that it had been sent to the accountant. Strangely enough, the accountant couldn't find it, either. I submitted a fraud claim to MasterCard, and I'm awaiting their response. Under normal stances you should be careful with your credit/debit cards, and if you use it with these people and give the driver a cash tip that you heavily mark and take a picture of the receipt."
