"My first time there and we got ribs brisket and most of the sides between three people. It was mother's day weekend and first nice day out. There was a ton of people there and so things were understandably slow. The girl working the front seemed unfazed and was friendly and efficient. Things in back were a bit heated I could hear. The brisket was great as were the ribs. They had a nice char and smoke. The ribs might have been a bit dry. The sides were all good. The sweet potato had a spice beside cinnamon that had us guessing but it was tasty. The potato salad and slaw were both tasty. The fries were fine but nothing special. What struck me is nothing was disappointing as is so often the case. We each had our favorites of the bunch but would probably get much the same next time. Several people were ordering rib tips and had great things to say but I am not a rib tip person unfortunately. Glad to see good take out food over North with great service that is a local place not another chain."
