"I live almost 2 hours away from this specific Ponderosa. However... I eat there about three times a year because the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and the buffet is clean and the food is replaced often and not left to get hard and nasty tasting. From my experience, this is unheard of at most Ponderosa restaurants."
