"Since I was a little girl, I came to Deerman's BBQ. My family and I loved eating here after the church on Sunday. Since they moved to their current location, the food was not the same. I am very disappointed today by my experience! I went through the ride a little after 11:00. I ordered the special, which is Hamburger Steak w/gravy and onions with two sides and bread. Whoever took orders fought with my order. I had to repeat myself again and when I moved into the window... I had to repeat my order again! I asked about a piece of cocacake that the lady had no idea what I was talking about! But it's on the flicking menu! It is really important that the staff are informed about the selection/menu. This lady, of course, needs a better training. I asked for tobacco sauce that was never received with my order. My food was room temperature / cold not even warm) it definitely did not taste like it was made fresh!! My sweet tea was very watery! I literally spent $18 on a very badly prepared meal."
