"This establishment was exclusively operated as a drive-thru venue on 8/2/23 around 12:30 PM.During my presence before the entrance, I observed the staff briefly casting glances in my direction before averted gazes became apparent. Evidently, it became evident to me that their indoor operations had ceased for the day.Regrettably, the absence of an inclination to engage with patrons at the entrance led me to infer a lack of interest in our patronage. A courteous explanation of their operational status at the entrance would have been a more respectable approach."

"I have to say the steak on the cheese steak sad tender, but I cant say it even comes close to Miami Grill. The Sandwich as a whole was sloppy and dry, even half the steak. I also got fries with our 2 cheesesteaks- $10) for an additional $5) and ordered 10 buffalo wings- $14) my total was $46. I felt for the$10 fries should be included, the sandwich wasn't worth $10 alone. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the Buffalo wings. I think there are much better choices for the money. I could have had Olive Garden for less."

"Ok, so this worked better than I had anticipated. I ordered the old school steak and cheese an it was excellent. Exactly as named. Full of good meat shredded on the flat top and piled in the bun like they don?t care. It?s your job as the consumer to corral that steak into place. The hot pepper relish is a MUST ADD ITEM FOR SURE. EXCELLENT. It?s not so much relish as a runny dressing that wakes up everything it touches. There will be a lot of steak falling out of that toasted bun. Forget the fork and get in there with your hands. I didn?t try fries or a shake but they looked tempting. I?ll try again soon. But $13.50 for a sandwich and a drink maybe not every day."

"Never received the fries. Dasher gave me a credit. But I feel the dasher should have checked the order. The sandwiches were ok But the Philly cheese chicken I ordered with Xtra Mayo and it had no Mayo at all totally dry. I Have eaten there sandwiches at other times and they are usually very good. The one I ate which was the chicken Philly the bread was somewhat hard and since they did not at the mayo it was very dry. Perhaps they should improve there orders for delivery. Ty"

"The food was good. The Teriyaki sauce wasnt that sweet but I did drizzle a little on my sandwich and it was tasty. I didnt appreciate the dasher leaving my food on the stairway. I didnt even get a call. I amazed that the food was made, picked up and delivered to me before it could finish the countdown for extra items. I never had that done before. I would order from them again. Their cheesesteaks are to die for."

"My husband and I were excited to try the mozzarella sticks at this restaurant, as we have enjoyed them in the past. However, we were disappointed by the new mozzarella sticks and sauce. "This review is not about the cheesesteaks because I was born and raised in Philly so my opinion would be biased. My husband and I went here for the first time tonight. The woman who took our order was nice and she asked us for here or to go and I said to go. We waited about 15 minutes for our order and she gave it to us on a tray instead of to go containers. My husband told her it was to go and she apologized. My husband offered to bag it himself if she gave him the containersand she said she would take care of it. The woman who was cooking had an attitude because the other woman was bagging our order and told her to leave it and help the customer at the register. The cook then bagged up the customer's orderafter us and gave him his order. Our food sat there another five minutes until she decided that she wanted to bag it up for us. Customer service here was not the best and makes me not want to go back."

"My fries are in a brown paper bag and the grease soaked through on top of the Philly chew steak box . Which made my Philly soggy . All of my food was soggy and terrible and i didn't receive my drink ! Will not eat here again . Highly don't recommend"
